Supporting the Apley running challenge

Here at Nock Deighton we like to play a part in the community we serve. We have been part of the Shropshire landscape for many years now and while we continue to deliver the best service for our clients professionally, it is also important for us to support local events and play a role in community affairs.
We are committed to helping out whenever we can and are delighted to announce we will be sponsoring a hugely successful running race when it is held near Bridgnorth later this month.
The fifth Apley Estate Autumn Challenge is taking place on September 30 on Apley Estate at Norton, between Telford and Bridgnorth, over distances of 5, 10 and 21k. Money raised will benefit Stockton Church at Norton and St Milburga Church at Beckbury.
It is the fifth year of the autumn challenge and follows on from a sell-out event in 2017.
It is a great day out when Apley Estate opens up its private land, granting special access to runners and supporters in a very worthy cause.
Wrekin Road Runners are organising the event in conjunction with Apley Estate and a special mention must go to the professional way it is organised each year – a wonderful effort.
Stockton Church and St Milburga Church, like so many of our churches today, are in constant need of funds for ongoing upkeep and maintenance and we are proud to be able to support this event, helping to raise as much money as possible.
The Apley Estate Autumn Challenge takes place on Sunday, September 30 and runners will be competing over a multi-terrain course. Prizes and goody bags are available to those taking part and there is space for plenty of parking on the day.
